These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyPlanet Threads Assistant ("the tool"), a self-hosted software application that helps a business monitor relevant public conversations on Threads and reply with human approval. By deploying or using the tool, you agree to these Terms.
Because the tool is self-hosted, you are responsible for operating your own instance, for securing your server and access tokens, and for the content you approve and publish through your connected Threads account.
The tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPlanet (MPD) and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The tool relies on the official Threads API operated by Meta. Your use of Threads is also governed by Meta's own terms and policies. MyPlanet Threads Assistant is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the tool after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
